1 of 50 Tips To A Flat Belly And A Tight Ass – Dining Out

Here’s tip 1 of 50 (in honor of my 50th yr.) in a series to help achieve a flat belly and a tight ass.

Eating out can be disastrous to your waist-line. Since the majority of restaurant portion sizes have quadrupled since 1950.

Try this easy little dining out strategy to help combat the battle of the bulge.

  • Ask your waiter to doggy bag ½ your meal before serving it to you or share it with your dining buddy.

If you wait and tell yourself you’ll just eat half. You won’t.  I know this all too well from experience.  So don’t even have it put in front of you because you’ll sit there and pick at it until you leave the restaurant.

  1. Good tip, I try the sharing option but have never thought about bagging 1/2 before dining Interesting twist. I also ask my dining partner if they would like to share a couple of appetizers or an appetizer and entree sized salad and that seems to work well and avoids an entree.
